Amodio's Garden offers delivery in White Plains, New York and surrounding areas. Delivery must be confirmed for each order. Some addresses may be outside the available delivery area depending on distance, route capacity, weather, product type, timing, or service needs.
Delivery charges
Standard small-order local delivery generally ranges from $7 to $10 depending on distance and route. Same-day delivery starts at $35 when available. Larger products, Christmas trees, nursery items, heavy materials, event orders, landscaping materials, setup, stairs, long carries, or special timing may require additional delivery or labor charges.
Delivery timing
Delivery dates and windows are not guaranteed until confirmed. Same-day delivery depends on product availability, order time, delivery route, weather, and recipient availability. Holiday and seasonal periods may require additional lead time.
Customer responsibility for accurate information
Customers must provide the correct recipient name, phone number, delivery address, apartment or suite number, gate code, building instructions, preferred date, and any important access details. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery or create additional fees.
Failed delivery attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, missing access details, recipient unavailability, unsafe conditions, or refusal of delivery, Amodio's Garden may charge for the attempted delivery and any re-delivery. Perishable products may not be refundable after a failed delivery attempt caused by customer-provided information or recipient unavailability.
Recipient availability and safe placement
For flowers, plants, and seasonal products, customers should make sure the recipient or an authorized person is available when needed. If appropriate, an order may be left in a safe location, with a doorman, front desk, porch, or other location based on instructions and conditions. Once left as instructed or in a reasonable safe place, the order may be considered delivered.
Pickup procedures
